JOLT SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR WIN. THE PURCHASE OF ANY GOOD AND/OR SERVICE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCE OF WINNING. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Kellwood Company (www.joltstyle.com.) (“Sponsor”). The sweepstakes entry period starts on September 2, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Mailed entries and e-mail entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2008. Eligibility for entry into the sweepstakes will cease at the applicable time and date and all entries received thereafter will be considered disqualified and will be ineligible for participation. If Sponsor does not receive your entry for any reason, including without limitation those specified below, or if your entry is not entered correctly, the entry will be invalid and you will be ineligible for the prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY: ONLY LEGAL RESIDENTS, WHO ARE 15 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, OF THE 50 U.S. STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY OR WIN, EXCEPT FOR THOSE STATES WHERE THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS PROHIBITED BY LAW. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s written permission before providing personal information. Your personal information will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Attn: Christina Cassar. By submitting an entry, you consent to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of the information contained in your entry according to our Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not warrant that this sweepstakes is valid in any particular jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where this sweepstakes is prohibited are ineligible to compete in the sweepstakes. Each participant can enter only once. If multiple entries are submitted by any person, only the first entry received by Sponsor (as determined by the Sponsor) will be entered into the sweepstakes. Accordingly, each entry must include the name and mailing address or e-mail address of the participant. In the event of a dispute, an e-mail entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which it was sent. For these purposes, an e-mail account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. Employees of Sponsor, or any of its subsidiaries, or any company retained by Sponsor to promote, administer or provide advice with respect to the sweepstakes, and members of any of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. PRIZE(S) (Five (5) Grand Prizes): The Grand Prizes shall each consist of one (1) gift certificate to a spa of the Winner’s choice with a retail value of two thousand dollars (U.S. $2,000). Each Winner will be selected by random drawing within fifteen (15) days following the end of the entry period from all eligible entries received for the drawing. Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of prize notification, each Winner will be required to (i) sign and return both a consent and release agreement, as well as a Federal Form W-9, and (ii) select and notify Sponsor with the name, address, and telephone number of the spa to which Winner would like to utilize the gift certificate. Each gift certificate shall be valid for the period of time in accordance with the selected spa’s policy.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the rules set forth herein, including Winner’s failure to notify Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of receipt of prize notification with the name, address, and telephone number of the spa to which Winner would like to utilize the gift certificate, or any prize notification returned as undeliverable, the Winner’s prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.

The reporting and payment of all tax liabilities incurred by any Winner as a result of the sweepstakes is the sole responsibility of the Winner. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Grand Prize is awarded AS IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No substitution of the Grand Prize will be permitted, except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Grand Prize becomes unavailable. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Odds of winning will be dependent upon number of entries received.

4. ENTRY: There are two ways to enter, either by (1) visiting the Sponsor’s website, www.joltstyle.com, and submitting your entry by following the instructions on the website, or (2) entering by mail by printing your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, and age and mailing to: Jolt Sweepstakes Entry, Kellwood Company, 420 Fifth Avenue, 28th Floor, New York, NY 10018, Attn: Christina Cassar. A mail-in entry will be treated in the same manner as an entry received through the Sponsor’s website. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any entry for failure to fully comply with the entry rules.

5. SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: The name of each Winner will be posted at Sponsor’s website, and the identity of each Winner can also be obtained by writing to Jolt Sweepstakes, Kellwood Company, 420 Fifth Avenue, 28th Floor, New York, NY 10018, Attn: Christina Cassar. Each Winner will be notified via certified mail, return receipt requested and/or by e-mail within approximately seven (7) days of choosing a Winner.

6. GENERAL: These rules may be obtained at the Sponsor’s website or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Jolt Sweepstakes, Kellwood Company, 420 Fifth Avenue, 28th Floor, New York, NY 10018, Attn: Christina Cassar, within thirty (30) days of the sweepstakes’ deadline date. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage. Questions regarding this sweepstakes may be sent to the address above. By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to these rules and all eligibility requirements and all decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the Grand Prize, each Winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor’s authority may use Winner’s name, biographical information, pictures/portraits, likenesses and/or voices for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration at the sole discretion of Sponsor, unless prohibited by law. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR, AND ALL OF ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DEATH, TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and award the Grand Prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of the Winner. This sweepstakes is governed by Missouri law. By entering the sweepstakes you have agreed to all the rules and conditions of the sweepstakes as set forth herein.

7. RIGHT OF NON-PARTICIPATION: Pursuant to federal law, any individual has the right to notify the Sponsor that he/she does not wish to be contacted by the Sponsor regarding any future sweepstakes or contest or mailings and that Sponsor may not use any information provided to it by such individual for any purposes other than as needed for this sweepstakes. The Sponsor may be so notified by mail at Jolt Sweepstakes, Kellwood Company, 420 Fifth Avenue, 28th Floor, New York, NY 10018, Attn: Christina Cassar.
